FFL, Curio & Relic, and Antiques
It is your responsibility to ensure that the gun is legal to own and receive in your area. We are a FFL dealer and comply with all Federal, State and Local laws. Modern firearms must be transferred through a licensed FFL dealer in your area. The bidder is to supply a signed copy of local dealer’s license before shipment will be made. We will need CFLC numbers for CA FFL’s to ship a firearm within California. Due to the constant change in state penal codes regarding shipping C&R firearms directly to C&R FFL holders, it will be the customer’s responsibility to provide a document with the penal code that shows your state allows C&R firearms to be shipped directly to a C&R FFL holder. If a document showing this cannot be found a letter from your State Attorney General stating it is allowed will be accepted. Otherwise, all C&R firearms will be shipped to an FFL dealer. Antique firearms require bidder to supply proof of age. Some areas still require an FFL transfer for antique & black powder firearms (New Jersey, NYC, etc.)
Large Capacity Magazine Restrictions
California – 10 round maximum for all magazines. Colorado (effective July 1, 2013) – 15 round maximum on all magazines. District of Columbia – 10 round maximum for all magazines. Hawaii – 10 round maximum for all handgun magazines. Illinois – 15 round maximum for all magazines in Aurora. 12 round maximum for all magazines in Chicago. 16 round maximum for all magazines in Franklin Park. 10 round maximum for all magazines in Oak Park. Maryland – 10 round maximum for all magazines. Massachusetts – 10 round maximum for all magazines. New Jersey – 10 round maximum for all magazines. New York – 10 round maximum for all magazines. Ohio – 30 round maximum for all magazines.
Shipping Policy
The Shipping & Handling quoted price of $50 per firearm are for the contiguous 48 States. ALASKA & HAWAII WILL BE A MINIMUM CHARGE OF $80 PER FIREARM. Handguns are shipped FEDEX 2ND DAY/Insured; Long Guns are shipped FEDEX ground/Insured. If you prefer another type of shipping, it can be arranged. PLEASE ALLOW 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR PROCESSING PRIOR TO BEING SHIPPED ONCE PAYMENT & FFL INFO HAVE BEEN RECEIVED. We include a signed copy of our FFL with each firearm shipped. The “In-Store Pickup” shipping option is only for picking up in our San Antonio, TX locations. Please stop in and say “Hi”. We are always happy to meet our internet customers (Tuesday-Friday 9-6 and Saturday 9-1). U.S. sales only, no exports, this includes antiques.
Return Policy
We work to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we’ll be happy to return or exchange the product within a 3-day inspection period from the time it is delivered to your dealer of choice as a full refund, an exchange, or store credit.
To make a return:
- Firearms must be unfired
- Firearms must still be in their original packaging with all tags attached
- Firearms must not be damaged or show signs of wear unless stated in their description
- You must have a receipt or other proof of purchase
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges of sale items. We also cannot accept returns of:
- Firearms that have been fired, damaged by the consumer, or after the 3-day inspection period.
To return a product, please contact us via email or phone, and please have proof of purchase and your details. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, along with a restocking fee of 20%.

Warranty
All firearms purchased from Dury’s Gun Shop, Inc., NEW or USED, ARE COVERED BY A LIFETIME WARRANTY. We will repair or replace, at our discretion, any firearm purchased from Dury’s Gun Shop, Inc. for as long as it is owned by the purchaser. This warranty is not transferable. DURY’S GUN SHOP, INC. assumes no responsibility for product malfunction or for physical injury or property damage resulting in whole or in part from criminal or negligent use of the firearm, improper or careless handling, unauthorized modification, use of defective or improper handloaded, reloaded or remanufactured ammunition, or customer abuse, neglect or misuse.

Dury’s Guns follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable.
